Chair Kehoe called the public hearing to order at 7:22 p.m.

LEGAL NOTICE
Public notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of East Hartford, Connecticut, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 7:15 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on the transfer of town-owned property at 478-482-484 Burnside Avenue and 550-560 Burnside Avenue to the East Hartford Redevelopment Agency.
Any person(s) wishing to express an opinion on this matter may do so at this meeting.

The Chair gave a brief history of the properties that will be transferred to the East Hartford Redevelopment Agency.
No citizens came forth.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
